Operating and Servicing of Equipment
Our Operations group provides a range of operational support and maintenance services to our customers. Some examples of these are:
- complete responsibility for operations and maintenance on a toll treat basis
- routine maintenance and provision of spares and consumables
- ad hoc maintenance as required
Our team of experienced technicians is able to offer our customers a true 24/7 support capability allowing them to focus on core business activities. All of our technicians have extensive experience working on industrial sites and mining operations and have safety inductions relevant to each site.
Laboratory
As process fluids change from time to time, it is often necessary to alter a membrane plant's configuration, type of membrane or cleaning regime to maintain sustainable, economical operation.
Our laboratory provides a facility for us to analyse liquor streams, test different membrane types, perform membrane autopsies on old membranes, and develop new cleaning regimes which allow our customers to keep up with changing conditions and to take advantage of new developments in membrane technology.
Hire Plants
We have a range of plants, available for hire, that provide up to 500 kL/day of potable water from a range of water sources. The hire service includes complete operational support for the plant including:
- Mobilisation of the equipment to any site in Australia
- Installation and commissioning on site
- Remote performance monitoring
- Provision of spare parts and consumables
- After hours phone support
